Here are some photos of how streets in aba are giving a new look and shape.

As usual, no sidewalks for pedestrians.

After all roads are only meant for cars.

If you have no car you can walk on the sand or inside the open gutter, or try your luck by walking on the asphalt along with trucks, cars and lorries.

Otti is really working hard as he should. This is what the masses want. He's definitely going to endear himself to the good people of Abia state.

It's a Nigerian thing. It's also one of the reasons I've not been impressed by road works of Gov. Seyi Makinde recently.

How do we get our streets organised when there are not pedestrian walks and there are open drainage everywhere. Yes, it costs money to build these things but we'll be spending much more when roads don't last because they are not organised and drainage aren't we'll constructed.

Yet, instead of south Easterners to move to aba, they are all running to the SW via night buses.

While you make a valid point, you don't need to insult.
The absence of sidewalks is a critical omission.
Abia State government, good job however Safety of pedestrians would be enhanced with sidewalks.

This is an emergency, let the roads be fixed first .. and this doesn’t look like a major road also.

Besides, side walks and gutters can be done afterwards

Why hate on roads being constructed in aba? Aba is part of Nigeria and its a thing of joy as it will boast local businesses

That is a tiny street road which don't necessarily require a side walk
