What I've noticed is that in the Highlife era (60s to 80s) Anambra and Delta were the "hotbeds" of music in Igboland. However, nowadays, it seems to have shifted to Imo (Bongo).

Who thinks so/has anything to say? And also, are Anambra/Delta/Enugu people fond of Imo music?

In Nigeria, the Yoruba, the Igbo, the Bini, the Ijaw, the Urhobo, and the Ibibio all have their own brands of high life music.

LOL yes we respect Bongo. he loved our culture and was one non Ijaws that took our culture and spread it. KALABARI is not the only Ijaw. High life is an Ijaw culture. Ghanaians who lived in Port harcourt during the colonial era took it from Pitakwa. Our ijaw music is called High life music. Its our way of life. ENJOYMENT and merriment. FUN and things. THAT is the high life.
