Ja wan si jo, what does it mean.
Taking the sentence literally, it means you ain't well, but mainly used to tell people that they ain't serous. In a sentence it could be bobo yi oo gbadun i.e. this guy ain't serious.

Ja won si jo means please inform them or plaese let them now

atupa = oil lamp ( a lantern has a shade or enclosure)
igi gedu = Gedu tree/lumber/timber. Gedu, like Iroko, is a family of trees. Possibly same is referred to as gedu nohor.

dobale in yoruba means to prostrate, which is an act of respect when a male is greeting one who much older than him (or a king). Females are expected to kneel down.
