For your first question, open your app drawer and follow the screenshots below.
2nd question, it's called "Dual app". Open your security app, it's in there.
3rd question, Xiaomi has hidden that option in some of their phones but if yours is not hidden, you will see it in your security app . However, if you so desire to use Second Space, download "activity launcher" in play store, open the app and search for second space there

I am experience these problems with my redmi note 9t

1. Sometimes if a call came in I will here the vibration but i will not see the call, until i enter my call app.

It occurs several times

2. My camera is very slow, most expecial if i want to record video it will even take like 15 seconds after clicking start, before it starts.

And during the recording it will be very slow and this also affect the video that i am recording.

I cleared catche and data

I am not experiencing the system UI closure sha. But the battery drain is still there despite them fixing the Overheating issue. If you are using Glo it is worse.
