The first Humans were indeed Black, but they originated in Ethiopia (according to the latest theory). Thr Graden of Eden which the ancients were referring was located either in Iraq or Ethiopia.

The garden of Eden was in Ile Ife Owodaiye aka Kingdom of Judah or Widdah (former Ketu region of Lagos and Ogun states). This is not the same as Ile Ife in Osun state though. (See my other post on who Judah is)

By the definition of haplogroup A as "non-BT", it is largely restricted to Africa, though a handful of bearers have been reported in Europe and Western Asia.

The clade achieves its highest modern frequencies in the Bushmen hunter-gatherer populations of Southern Africa, followed closely by many Nilotic groups in Eastern Africa (probablyth due to recent assimilation - my take).

I've read that some of the inhabitants of NE and E Africa have physical connection with Bushmen in 1st millennium BC and early 1st millennium AD. During the Bantu expansion they were separated. This explains why some Nilotics have Bushmen DNA through intermingle and assimilation like you said.

There are still bushmen remnants in Kenya who though assimilated by Nilotes, they still retain their unique features and hunter-gatherer traditions e.g the Ogiek, yaaku etc
