I register on the 16 last month for NIN and I collected it this month 25 inside one of the glo office in my area.I use that opportunity to get glo sim from them. as the guy was processing my data he said he cant complete my registration because the NIN is yet to be actviated. I just stand there looking at him confusing.I would like to know how long does it take to be activated?

Probably wait a week. Similar thing happened to me but it started working after a week.

Try to link any of your numbers to it. If it works your all good

It's been a while can't remember exactly but I think it was something like the NIN doesn't exist or couldn't be found or something. But eventually it after a few days it worked for me

I am having the same issue. I also, did my NIN in glo office around June but I can't link the NIN to my sims, it keep saying this NIN failed nimc verification. I don't know how long it will take nimc to activate the NIN. This ppl aren't serious at all.

Just go to a Sim reg agent of your network provider (with your NIN) and reregister your line.
