A seller wants to sell his or her phone, uploads pictures and specs, states his price. Foolish people who can't afford it or not interested will quickly jump on the comment section and start saying rubbish, how the phone is not worth the price and all. If the price is reduced, same foolish people will still say it's a stolen phone or the seller is a scammer and all that. There are many factors that makes sellers reduce the price of their gadgets. Either they're in urgent need of cash and are willing to take a loss just to raise cash, thereby selling the phone for less than the price. Not everything is scam.
