There hasn't been power in the city since early April till this very moment. I don't know how an entire city can go blank for over a month and nobody is saying anything about it. In some part of Effurun, they restored power last week for some hours and that was the it. Ekpan and neighboring suburbs are worst. The pain and struggle of living with no power...
