For some of us that board buses to our different interstate destination, praying immediately the bus picks up is a norm. A Christain can pray, a Muslim can pray. Almost everybody including the driver with chorus Amen.

But what if you board a bus with an Ogun worshipper and he or she decides to pray to Ogun (the god of Iron and war) inside the bus for journey mercies and after the prayers he offers kola nut

What would be your reaction?

Will you chorus "Ase" along with the prayer and collect the kola nut

Will you just mind your business and pray to your own God in your mind?

Or will you leave the bus?

I'll chorus Asé but I'm not sure if I'll take a kolanut cos I don't normally eat in public.

I will neither answer nor take the Kola. The day I got baptized I made a vow never to go back to idol or fetish worshipping.

If I have my way, I will show him a better way which is that of nobody else but Jesus, all principalities bow at the mention of His name and He has been the same since yesterday, will be the same today and continue to be forever.

He was and remain the only Light darkness cannot comprehend.

I would ignore the traditionalist, besides I hardly talk to strangers in public transport. I jejely mind my business and put all my attention on my phone till I get to my destination.....Even if a pastor is the one praying I will still mind my business.


I pray before leaving my house so I don't need any stranger's prayer.
