Good morning all, how are we today?

This my lovely customer told me in June to start preparing for her husband's 60th birthday cake in August,I was excited. She wanted something that'll depict his profession; a Maxillofacial surgeon. Jesu,I quickly asked Google, as I had never come across it before . We eventually agreed on this design. The only challenge I had at the time was moulding a human figure with fondant. I had done one or two in the past,but I didn't like them. So I started learning. I watched several videos day/night and eventually got the hang of it and the rest is history .

This job order came in late Monday evening. Customer wanted size 14 hexagon shape chocolate cake with strawberries,to be delivered 12pm Wednesday. Didn't have the pan at the time, so I quickly called my able baking pan maker(makes very durable ones) and by Tuesday afternoon, pans were ready. Baked same day and was able to deliver next day in good time. Cake was sooo heavy,had to use a size 20 box and size 18 board to carry it

Good morning everyone, I trust we are well.

That's how I got a call in August from one of my big church sisters whom I hadn't seen nor spoken to since 2014. One of her friends who's a baker needed another baker to decorate a wedding cake with fondant. And my big sister who had been seeing my posts on Facebook told her about me! just like that,she recommended me. Her friend sent me the cake sample (simple design) to follow and I gave her my fee. Wedding was in October. That's how I went to her house at Northern Foreshore Estate,Chevron Drive,to decorate the cake. She welcomed me warmly . I did my job,was done by 3pm and back in my shop in Ikorodu before 5.30pm.

What I want to say is whatever our hands find to do(good things of course),let us do well. We just never know what may be in store for us. My works found me out
