Instead, YHWH is the name of the Law given by God to His Covenant between Abraham and His descendants in the Kingdom of Canaan. So Whenever the people referred to YHWH, they referenced God by the Law that existed between the Almighty and the children of Israel. Much the same was as Jesus Christ is the Name given by God to His Covenant and Law in the Kingdom of God. Two different Laws, yet the same God..

The Old Covenant is a forever Covenant God made with Abraham and the descendants of Israel, the Constitution in the Land of Canaan - Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20.

God did not make a covenant with Abraham, He made promises to Abraham and then He made a covenant with the children of Isreal.

God's promise to Abraham is an agreement aka a Covenant/Contract which requires obedience in order that one reaps the benefit therein. In Genesis 17 vs 1 - 21, God is written to have further explained part of the terms of the Covenant/agreement.

God doesn't have a name that He has ever made known to men... He is the only one of His stature and so has no need for them. Instead what He has are titles that reflect His stature e.g. God Almighty, The Most High God, The Sovereign one, Lord of Lords, etc. His Laws are instead what specific names are attached to - YHWH/Jehovah, Jesus Christ. An idea that is foreign to your Allah.

1. The God of scripture clearly defines His relationships in terms of Laws/Covenants/Contracts which He faithfully upholds. Allah, on the other hand, does not seem to have any such clearly defined.

2. Yes, Birth, Death... all defined by Him and so He is able to experience it as He chooses.
