Well if you must know it's JEHOVAH who chose Jesus as the first person in His Kingdom that also chose the 144,000 the same way: through baptism of God's Holy Spirit.
So JEHOVAH hires and fires whoever Jesus' work is just to work with those chosen by his father as the head.

Paul said Jesus is the head of the congregation just as the husband is the head of the family.
