Why Can't I Use Samsung Pay In Nigeria by Naijapolitics03: 1:52pm On Feb 19, 2023
Most Samsung flagships are equiped with the ability to place the back of your phone on the POS and pay quickly at point of purchase. I've been using this in Canada. Even my Samsung watch can do this. As these devices have NFC . Yesterday, I went to ShopRite and I was expecting to use that feature only to get disappointed. How can I buy a $1299 flagship and won't be able to achieve full functionality?

However,I am happy that 5G functionality is working.

I heard some POS terminals support NFC tap-to-pay. But a lot of merchants have no idea that something like that exists. And I think Samsung Pay generally isn't supported in Nigeria. I tried adding my cards at some point and it kept telling me they weren't supported or something.
