seunpayne: Ping is around 30 - 60ms. Mostly around the 40+ range. I used to get 4-6ms on FibreOne. But those ones can go days without internet. So yeah! 1 Like |

By the way, here's what the Starlink Ethernet adaptor looks like. I have it hooked up to a TP-Link Deco X55 Mesh system to help cover 3 floors. cc: Big man georgee 1 Like

georgee: Got it in the US off Amazon. I think $40+ Also, if you haven't bought your Starlink yet, I'll say wait. It's been messing up recently. Not sure what exactly is going on maybe because raining season is coming. I don't even know. Experience hasn't been great recently but maybe it's a temporary thing. We'll see. |

seunpayne: Please don't expect much from satellite internet , we should know better than this and stop discussing ping . I have Konnect vsat from cool link and my ping is 800ms on average and I still prefer it to having internet from MTN and co. My downtime for 1 year has only been 24 hours. Fibre internet is the best but I prefer starlink as I can move around states and villages with it 2 Likes |

EPOMA: Yes Boss, That is one of the reasons I have to go with them, I have MTN hynet, Airtel router, but had to Pass on Koolink because of the speed and datacap. I will be moving from the Island to Mainland at least 5-6 times this year and with Unlimited from Starlink. It's the best option for me. |

ibawon: Lol I was thinking I'm the only one. The wait is annoying. My order date was 5th Feb. They've changed estimated shipping date twice. Now estimated shipping date shows 5th to 15March even though today is now 21st March  But just incase you don't know reaching out their support team and making some noise can get you a free 1month credit.

Installed my Starlink after the general elections. Initially placed it on the ground outside but quite a lot of obstructions and I wasn't really enjoying the service. Procrastination sha.. Finally I had it mounted on the roof and I felt the difference instantly 😂😂 Some speed tests I took are attached.
