Lol I was thinking I'm the only one.

The wait is annoying.

My order date was 5th Feb.

They've changed estimated shipping date twice.

Now estimated shipping date shows 5th to 15March even though today is now 21st March grin

But just incase you don't know reaching out their support team and making some noise can get you a free 1month credit.

How did you contact them?

How do you reach out to their support team
There's no contact nor email address you could message on the website

Yes I know it is difficult to figure it out.

So the step is click on the shipping write ups they have on the page .

After reading you will see below are you satisfied with what you read.

Click on the thumbs down button then it will show option to contact support.

Try it and let me know if you are able to.

Happy to add some screenshots of the step let's collect small from El*un

You can track it on DHL website.
Log into your Starlink account and click on the tracking number, it should take you to DHL website where you can see the status of the shipment

Yeah, I can but DHL guys said they did not add my number to the order, so I'm wondering how they'll contact me once they ship.

VERY IMPORTANT!

When you get your Starlink tracking number, call DHL on this number 0803 907 7000 and make sure you update the details on the shipment. You can also do it on the DHL Express app.

This is very important. I know 3 people that had 1 week extra delay because of wrong address / no phone number on the package.

The problem also is that Starlink USA ships it to Starlink Nigeria and uses your name as Care/Of C/O. So please make sure you contact DHL and update your information with them IMMEDIATELY you get your tracking number.

I was driving when I got my tracking number, I parked and called DHL Lmao. Me I no like story at all! And I got my item very quickly, the DHL guy even told me it's good I called because they wrote rubbish on they package.

You can even tell them to just hold it at a DHL office especially the one at the airport so you can go and pick it up yourself. But note that because it was shipped to Starlink Nigeria and your name used as C/O, ONLY YOU can pick it up personally. Nobody else but ONLY YOU in person with your ID of course. Sometimes this is simpler than allowing them to try to deliver and making mistake up and down. Lol my guys went through this but then they never did the information update that I talked about earlier. 1 week after e reach Lagos them never see Starlink and they are all in Lagos. Meanwhile I got mine same day lol.

Did you move the Starlink?

20Mbps speed is caused by one of two things.
1. Severe obstruction
2. Wrong address

To fix the above try
1. Log into the app and check that you don't have Obstructions. If you do, you have to reposition your Starlink. Roof is recommended and you shouldn't have taller buildings than your around.

2. Log into the app and make sure your Address / Location on the Map is correct. But DO NOT mess with this if you aren't sure. Only do this if the location on the Map is incorrect. As the warning below shows, if you make a mistake, you may not be able to fix it. I also recommend doing this on a computer instead of phone. Again, be careful when changing Address. Cheers.

This worked. I used the button down/thumbs down button option. And it allowed me to send a mail to support. They replied almost immediately and gave me $42 one month free subscription to apologize. I thought people said it usually takes them many days before customer service respond. These people responded almost immediately. And apologized for the delay and said I should be patient. Thank you bro for telling us this. Atleast one month sub have been paid for like that.
Edit: My hardware shipped 10 minutes after contacting support.

So, after returning my Starlink and got refunded, i decided to give it a try one last time and then i placed a new order on the 10th of March.
After placing the order, i opened a support ticket to register my displeasure with the last order, that was on the 11th. I didn't get a response from them until on the 20th. They apologized and applied a month service fee credit to my Starlink account, which means i will not be paying for the next service due after using the trial of my yet-to-arrive Starlink kit. Now, i am just waiting for it to be shipped. Hopefully, it won't take long.
UPDATE!
On the 21st, I opened the already closed support ticket and asked that my new order be given priority. A few hours later, a member of their support team replied that my Starlink order had been placed on priority. So earlier today, I got a notification that my Starlink has been shipped.

I noticed that, unlike my first Starlink that was shipped from the US, the new order shipping status started from Lagos.
