I returned to the Supreme Court to seek interpretation of the constitution on my tenure, and the Supreme Court declared that my tenure is not yet over. I became the governor, that's why you see some states having some elections at different times, it started with me. Since over forty years of Anambra state, beginning with Jim Nwobodo of Old Anambra State, I am the the first person to serve full eight years as governor. APGA was less than 1 yr old when Obi ran with the party and won in Anambra.
LP is less than 1 yr old when Obi ran with the party and won presidential elections.

When he won as Governor, another person was declared.
When he won as President, another person was declared.
He returned to Courts and after so many years and became governor, that's why Anambra state conduct their governorship elections at different times alongside some other states. It was started by Obi.

He will return again to the Court and will be declared President and Nigeria may end up having Presidential elections, at different time henceforth, because he must.

PDP impeached him in Anambra State.
APC will possibly impeach him as pay back.

Obi is coming a swear. Only his sudden death, which we pray it doesn't happen will change his fate.
