Prayer is not law of attraction, it is a communication with God.

The BODY means those chosen among humans to rule with the Christ in heaven just as Jesus was dead spiritually speaking to material possessions of this system these ones also became dead so they don't pursue riches anymore even those that were rich among them gave it all up for their new appointment {Luke 18:22} it's from this little group that Jesus picked a BODY to represent him on this planet {Matthew 24:45} so wise individuals who can see from afar like EAGLES will gather together around this BODY! So, the thing with God's Law as presented in scripture, is you do not have the freedom of picking and choosing what parts you wish to benefit from aside from the rest. (God's Law is All-or-Nothing in its makeup meaning you have to accept and obey it all or get nothing at all from the following of any parts of it). Unless you submit to and obey all of the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ, God's Law, including the one verse you extracted above, you will get absolutely nothing from trying to adhere to the teachings contained in just that particular commandment you quoted.
