I sent 7k from my eco bank to my access bank account since 8th of March and I was not credited. The transaction was not reversed either. The sender bank provided me with transaction ID claiming that the transaction was successful whereas access bank is saying that they did not receive any inflow. Who do I hold responsible now for my 7k 2 Likes |

just go to any accessbank branch and complain, the money will be credited immediately |

The last transfer I did to my access took a whole 1 week before I got credited. I’ve since emptied and dumped the account. |
