Check this... First on arrival he met with the president, then he addressed their parliament, they agreed with him and then he confer the whatever title he wanted to...

Some people would have gone their to promote their rights and then started calling the place a no man's land... Imagine all the praises the Ooni showered on Brazil for helping his People flourish...

Na SW common sense dey live walahi

Instead of them to learn diplomacy, they will never learn. Yoruba nor be their papa mate. While yorubas are being appreciated In other countries and our culture being embraced, ipob miscreants are being arrested and wasting away in jails in countries like Malaysia, Singapore, Brazil, UAE, etc. South Africans are rejecting them, same with Ghanians. They won't use their brain, rather it's always useless emotions. If it were their obi of onitsha that went to any country where you have large igbo population, he will go their and be claiming they developed the place, they own 90% of properties, yen yen yen.
You people better learn from Yoruba people.
I can bet with my life that if there's a referendum today and the country separates, 70% igbos will not go back to the east. 40% of igbos will stay back in the SW while the remaining 30% will stay in the North and SS. All the noise they make online is just emotional gibberish and chest beating. The 30% that will remain in the SE will probably be fighting themselves till they all escape and leave their region empty.

Now, nobody is saying this is move to takeover Brazil.

Nobody is saying this is an act that inanimately echoes that Brazil is no man's land.

Same people who were propaganda tools used by APC during the Lagos elections saying the Igbos wanted to overtake the yorubaland through another yoruba man, are here on this topic praising this they'd call annexation if it happened in Lagos. But since it's not the Igbos, "it is a good development for a civilised world".

Nigerians, which way!

I see comments on this topic and smile. So you know how to reason like human beings but choose not to when it doesn't support your views?

It's good I know Yorubas that aren't this dumb to be used by APC tricks.

Meanwhile, tribalists, now fall on your sword.

Cheers.

Idile to n toro, Omo ale ibe oti dagba ni.. that was exactly what played out in Lagos.

I came here to check how African savages will be celebrating their nothingness, always granted courtesy from civilised nations and misinterpreting it to mean anything other than a load crap.

No question there are Nigerians who have run away to Brazil to survive the hell they were born into (and most likely contributed to maintain as such)

Black man is still an "yyy"

Mrnairalandd:

Let’s talk about this topic you have just addressed without prejudice. Can we? It baffles me when i see the Igbos addressing this sensitive issue with levity. Would Igbos have voted for an igbo man who had used derogatory names(Yamirin) to refer to his own people(The Igbos) in the past and his mother happens to be a Yoruba woma? Would you? You and i know that the Igbos we all know won’t vote for such person. So why are Igbos trying to force this particular guy down d Yorubas’ throats? A typical case study here is Okorocha, the Igbos hate that guy cos his association with the North. The Igbos even refer to him as “Ewuhausa” cos his mom is an Hausa woman. Just imagine Okorocha referring to the Igbos as “Yamirin”, be honest, would the Igbos go ahead and vote for him? The answer ll surely be capital NO.

Finally, if Igbos are not hate-filled people like they say, why are Igbos always oppose the choices of their hosts-The Yorubas in their own land?

Why can’t Igbos work with their hosts-The Yorubas to pick the best candidate instead of going against their preferred candidates with “Block Votes” all the time. It was so bad that the Obas had to invite the Igbos in 2015 to threaten them. Can’t you see this is a provocation that ll eventually lead to war if we don’t call the Igbos to order.

Let me say this before i go, either Igbos like it or not, in eventuality of war, Igbos must go after the war as seen in Sudan and South Sudan case or Pakistan and India case too. UN charter says it all, Igbos ll need to leave if separation is the only way out. However, i believe if Igbos could look inward and tell themselves some truths and begin to respect the political views of their hosts communities, peace ll reign.

In UK or Europe, the white Europeans won’t stand this Igbos attitude as far as politics is concerned. Let me use Sunak UK prime minister as an example. The conservatives delegates who are 98% white people didn’t want Sunak despite the fact he was born and raised in England and speaks fluent English. They decided to pick the lady before Sunak despite the fact that Sunak is more intelligent with track record than Liz Truss(White Brit). Eventually, do you know that Conservatives MPs had to force their way through and voted for Sunak. The MPs realised that the white british conservatives delegates won’t vote for Sunak to lead them

You didn't even get the message of my post.

Anyways, I'll answer your questions. From all you wrote, you really don't know politics and propaganda. Everyone is allowed to vote whoever they want. There's nothing like working with the hosts to select who the hosts want. You as a Nigerian citizen can vote anyone!

Politicians vote themselves but want to force who everyone else should vote!

If it's a working system, anyone who dares to stop anyone anywhere would be prosecuted! They have the constituted rights to franchise.

About hate, so when sb doesn't support you, they hate you? What have you done to earn that support? You see this hate thing you guys talk about, it's just you building the hate when I really don't see hate. You people are the ones who feel APC represents the Yorubas... because they have their candidate in Lagos. Why? Because that's what the politicians want you to believe to smooth their reelection.

There's no enemy in politics. They all sit together and eat together. Na una dey kill unaselves talking gibberish say this one said this, this one said that. Why na only election time it came up? Lol.

About Okorocha, who told you there aren't people who like him. All you see are propaganda!

I am not saying the Yorubas are the only tribalistic person during this elections. Yes, even the Igbos were tribalistic in their regions. But the point is that the politicians successfully happened to everyone who danced to their tunes.

Whatever you hear during elections is politics and propaganda! That's what you folks never understand! And there's nothing like hosts and parasites! Everyone is free to live anywhere.

I also see some people attacking only the Igbos. Are they the only ones in Lagos? Tribes full there! As well as Lagosians in the East doing business but because of elections, Lagos become New York. And only one tribe was dragged across ethno-tribal reasons.. not because the LP guy wasn't Yoruba, but because that was the only propaganda to reinstate their man.

Some even say the Igbos do major of the crimes in Nigeria. While I may not have need to argue, I am waiting for you to just mention one crime done in the East that hasn't been done elsewhere. Just one. When you become a constructive critic, you'll learn to avoid being recruited in some bs ideologies.

If you have evidence of what anyone said, post it here. I mean, what you said the Igbos said. Post all your evidence here, and their names and places of birth. Funnily enough, it's all hearsay.

Omo, I was born in Lagos. My birth certificate carries Lagos in it. Like bonafide Lagosian if Lagos has to be a country...and living more than 15years there paying taxes, I am an indigene by law. But I am sure if I were to contest tomorrow, you'll tell me my late great grandmother isn't Yoruba. Lol. Isn't that propaganda to discredit me?

Now, the uproar has ended, yeah? Why? Mission accomplished!

So you see all these propaganda thing only works on those who wants to get used.

Did you see the yorubas here supporting a particular candidate in the presidential or state election and promising that they own the land and everywhere with dubious statistics
the yorubas who are citizens there would definitely vote for a candidate that is a Brazilian...

Same as both ibos and yorubas were willing to vote for Gbadebo who is actually an indigene of lagos..

I am only informing you that tribalism pays no one. I am neither Obident nor Atikulated. And the hate thing, it's all in your heard...clearly because you need more antiviruses to prevent politicians from getting into it.

Can you tell us specifically who called what place a no man's land? Be specific

Afonja betrayed the Yoruba race. Is that common sense?

Alaafin Aole later betrayed Afonja, leading to the loss of Ilorin. Is that common sense?

Fani kayode's father betrayed Benjamin Adekunle. Is that common sense?

Abiola betrayed Awolowo. Is that common sense?

Are you really sure there is anything called common sense in the Yoruba race, a race full of betrayers?

Ojukwu betrayed the entire flat.heads by leading them to their deaths and then ran away only to come back to contest for President as Nigerian (no be juju be that!!!).

Nnamdi cownu and Ekpa betrayed the cretin i.pobs and gave them Unknown Gun Men as their Lords and Saviours.

Obi.diot betrayed the gremlin nyami.rin by making you believe that South East votes is enough to make him president of Nigeria!!!(no be juju be dat).

GRV grin grin grin (I grin on top this) make you believe Lagos is a no man's land. (GRV is our boy, but he needs to be de-intoxicated of all i.pobian poison first and begin to think right!!!)

Awo supported for referendum to be included in our constitution but Ojukwu and Nnamdi Azikiwe argued against it thinking that flat.heads will get to power and rule for ever (through the coup they staged in 1966), but it boomerang on them and now they are looking for referendum up and down.

Tell us, who be betrayer per excellence.

Please, start Biaf.raud agitation again, we wan check something.

Maybe you do not know....no one wants the igbos again.

My response to sb here on this thread that can serve as multi-responses to those wanting to tag me with reasonable or unreasonable comments::

To whom it may concern...

And with Yorubas' link with Yorubas' in Brazil, they still denied GRV to be their son saying he is of the lineage of slave returnees.

I wonder why Politicians lie to gain whatever they want and their followers just follow without reasoning.

Imagine if the aboriginal Brazilians have to carry out ethnic profiling and cleansing on Yorubas in Brazil.

If a Brazilian Yoruba man was contesting in Nigeria, the APC party will remind him he is not purebred Yoruba, and that his ancestry is Brazil and he should go there and vote.
