Pat Utomi is the man Tinubu used to break PDP. He was the one that took Obi to Labour Party. He was the one that assured Obi that he will run for Presidency under LP, he was with Obi everywhere.

*If Obi had remained in PDP, Atiku would have won the election. It was important for the Asiwaju camp that Obi becomes independent. After the election have you seen Pat Utomi with Obi again?.*

Wait for his appointment under this administration. He is tipped to Head the Economic Revitalization office alongside Sanusi Lamido.

What do you know?. When we call Jagaban a strategist you will be making noise.

*SE was the battleground, Obi was the main pawn, Igbo Presidency was the bait, Obidients were the foot soldiers, Atiku was the loser, Pat Utomi was the facilitor, Asiwaju is the General.*

It is almost looking like that I must confess. But to be frank, I don't think Tinubu or APC ever anticipated Obi to be this popular in this election, Dude completely decimated PDP in the SE, Lagos, and some northern states.

It looks like Obi might have worked for Tinubu for free.

election where you have no Christian to replace an outgoing Muslim then you now add Muslim Muslim

It is not unexpected what we saw of obi, he simply milked Christian sentiments and ordinarily he used to be the Igbo Messiah before now

So igbos now took their Messiah and packaged it to non Igbo christians who where just desperate

You may be right but a lot of my non-Igbo friends voted for Obi as a protest to APC and Buhari in the presidential election. I am yet to come across one who voted out of religious sentiment. We have had APC the past 8 years and a lot of people are not happy.

it's the same thing am.saying

Igbos deceived them, they sold the dummy that obi was a Messiah and new chip from the usual, whereas he was the same PDP man that was Vp candidate in the last election.

Where religious toga didn't work, they switched to Messiah toga and new identity toga, even Endsars they shamelessly hijacked it

Why was your friends not as interested in ending the same apc in 2019?

It's because ipob propaganda was fully unleashed as their own was on ballot

Why don't you look at it this way. in 2019, there was no viable alternative. PDP and APC are similar and a vote for Obi is to make our politicians sit up and pay more attention to the masses. Nothing personal or ethnic about it for some people. I know a lot of my Igbo brothers perceived Obi as an ethnic project and the same can be said about Tinubu and some ethnic Yoruba, but we still have some set of people who do not care where you come from and are just tired of the way things are running in the country. I also hate godfatherism irrespective of ethnic affiliations.

igbos played tribal politics with obi, Yoruba played with tinubu

But igbos garnished their own as food which everyone must eat

They actually want to place obi as the godfather, that's why they tried to make other non igbos candidate in other state subjugated to the "obident movement" whereas to run on their own ideaology

Its a way of having obi become the man these people own their progress to

Shey you saw the meetings obi was having with the few elected LP guys as if he is the wisest man on earth

Can you tell me one thing that made you believe obi is the only one that can change Nigeria apart from what they sold you?

Error: PAWNS CANNOT win a game.
Fact: PAWNS are ONLY USED by MASTERS to win games.

This time OBI is the PAWN and BAT is the MASTER.

Of course they knew he will play the tribal and religious game.
Why do think BAT went for MUSLIM-MUSLIM? You think he was stupid?
Go and have the understanding the very basics of Nigeria Politics (POL-101).

and the game master couldn’t win Lagos ?

millhouse:

Sure, he did win Lagos because of informed/uninformed Yoruba Religious fanatics and some Young Yorubas who DID NOT understand the true intentions of the Igbos.

But then, it is all part of the calculations. BAT did not need to win all the states, all he needed was win some and come send in the SW and the North. That was what won him the presidency. To go for a Muslim-Christian ticket would have won him Lagos but cost him dearly in the North. In Chess, it is called, a Knight for a Queen

Strategy is the keyword. Not making noise on Social Media.
