PLEASE HONEST ADVICE

Guys, I work with a reputable financial institution. I resumed with high hopes to contribute to the growth of the firm and to build my experience.
I go extramiles even outside my scope of being a teller as an operation staff to bring in business in form of accounts, which I recorded the account with the largest single deposit.
In less than six months I was applauded for being the best staff in the firm.

I am almost 1year now and my supervisors prefer me to be a backup in my core duties as a Teller. Though, whenever they have crowd in the banking hall, they call on me to work because they believe I can work fast.

But my major issue is that, despite all these, they prefer me just hanging around and doing nothing until there is an issue or a difficult task, of which I do not like because I want the experience but I don't know how to say it again as I have used different ways to say it but they always say that I am good and there is nothing wrong.

This is making me distracted and looking for another job.

PLEASE ADVICE ME.

How do I tell them?

Take it to God. Pray for Heaven to create your space. Do this regularly for a month and you will have space created for you.

Alternatively, try to speak to your bosses during their happy times and ask them politely what plans they have for you

I will try prayers, but I have asked them, yet they say that everything is fine and it is making me to look for another job

Do they short-pay you when you work as a backup?

Take it to Heaven. The prayer point is God create my own space that fully accommodates me in this organization. Not as a backup. Simple. Bypass earthly authority

They still don't trust you enough. Just chill and convince them that they needn't worry and that you're more than capable.

2) It might require some peace offering, mingle with the staffs and find out how it's done. This is Nigeria.

If they don't trust me why did they vote me as the best staff in less than 6 months
