Cigarettes is bad and one need to quit but, it's not easy. I've relapsed a lot and now, I'm only smoking on weekends. It ain't easy but, if you put your mind to it, it's possible.

I met her a virgin so after the first and two times experience, she became scared, although I had one girl like that but she's sex addict and always demanding for sex so I avoided her, I don't ever roll with hook up girls or sex workers.
But I've made up my mind and I know I can do it.
Beside I'm finding a way to break up with my partner since she's not doing her primary duty and that's the only thing she can offer me

Its one of my favorite thing to wake up at night and smoke, so to make sure I'm ready for myself, I kept some stick of Oris, the urge to light it was much, was very tempting but yeah I've broke them and flushed it in the toilet, I'm also waiting for the masturbation urge to come up and if it does I'm ready to resist it.

It's been a long way and I've made every possible move to either quit smoking or masturbation but to no result.
Even when I was living together with my friends i usually find a way to masturbate
And for the smoking it's really eating me up even if I'm not experiencing any side effect, I spend more than 20k monthly on smoking.
So this night I've decided to put an end to both and I believe I can do it because there is nothing I'm enjoying in them anymore.
Will be dropping how it goes in this thread.
