My friend contacted me today crying how they stole his phone and withdrew all his money. How possible is this?? Like how?? How do they do it? You don't know my pin, yet you're able to wipe out the money?? Please who has idea how this is possible and the best way to avoid it. Please let's solve this riddle! How can this be prevented?

Maybe they go through your inbox, find out the bank you are using, then dial the ussd but still they would need to input the transfer or transaction pin except your bank in question dont do that. |

Put password on your phone and put pin on your sim..someone said all this is bypassed and his money stolen, I'm not sure how true that is and if possible I will say you are like 75% secure using pin and password 1 Like |

It's very possible, if the person is using same sim for his email and bank app. |
