Which country in its right sense would create more states and local governments for every location it cannot manage with mushroom politicians that consume so much income, there is little left for development?

Yet we are still calling for more states so that every household can produce politicians while schools, hospitals and industrial estates are crowded out of existence.

Entrepreneurship becomes crime adventures because gains from crimes come faster than investment of time and money

It's the quality of leaders that matters

Lol the state were created by dictators. Yes they were petitioned to do so in some cases like Akwa Ibom for example. I wouldn't say we did anything considering these decisions weren't put up for a vote.

Now that process requires approval of the other states there's slim chance there's going to be new states being created in my opinion. It will one shrink the Allocation that every state gets. It will also shift the political dimensions.

Yes your are right, the number of states are just too much especially for the size of Nigeria, but u have to fsctor in tribalism and nepotism as a big factor leading to state creation, if we can kill this cancer in Nigeria, i dont see why some states should not merge together to form bigger economies
