But then the Christ will come after Elijah has prepared and announced his presence in their midst {Malachi 4:5 compare to Luke 1:17} most Jews will be confused because the message Elijah and the Christ will bring will not go down well with many Jews! Malachi 4:6 compare to Matthew 10:34-35

That's exactly what happened! Most Jews in the first century turned their back on the Christ {John 1:11; 9:22; Act 4:18; 5:28} that's how they lost the privilege of being the pioneers of pure worship and God formed another nation through different races that believe in the Christ {Matthew 3:9 compare to Matthew 21:34} and Jerusalem was condemned! Matthew 23:37-38

So they have nothing to preach or teach since the God of Abraham never asked them to go preaching to other nations, it's the Christ that established preaching and teaching campaign about God's Kingdom {Matthew 28:18-20} that is why Jesus' matter is what is heard globally! Act 1:8
