Soludo is the most inferiority complex politician and dumbest Governor I have ever seen. Observe him in most of the pictures he took with some dignitaries since he became the Governor, he forgets that he is the governor and the figurehead in the photoshoot and you see the obvious anxiety and pleasure in his body language like one local fan of a prominent celebrity who surprisingly mate with his adorable celeb.
