It's definitely a skit because:
1. Military girls of that rank don't even have that kind of money.
2. Assaulting your spouse is a serious offence in the military and could lead to dismissal
3. With this video evidence, the assaulted partner could sue and that would the military woman in serious trouble.

If this is not a skit, then she's in hooge trouble. Assaulting a civilian while on uniform, that was a disrespect to the military, assaulting her spouse, that's against military code, chances are, that she'll undergo court-martial and likely be dismissed. And if it's not a skit, then the military will need to have these people arrested and prosecuted for desecrating the military wears and insignia.
