The typical Nigerian insults!!, be it hausa,igbo,yoruba,efik,ijaw et al,with the coming of civilization we've also inculcated the insults of the white man, but which insultive phrase or word gets d award for the "most used insults in nigeria"

I think "you dey craze" is the most common curse phrase in Nigeria.

Others are "your papa", "Anuofia", "Ode", "Dopemu", "Mumu(Maga)" etc.

Your papa/mama has to take the lead. It is used by virtually all molue, danfo drivers/conductors/passengers like it is the first sentence they learnt when their respective mothers gave birth to them. Same goes to workers and the likes.
Next should be ODE!!!!, OLOSHI!!!! and EDIOT which so popular in NL that it comes in various spellings but same pronunciation/meaning.
