During my days @ school, i had dis passion for electronics..but financial matters made me back off. i love d likes of building any kind of electronic gadgets,power inverts and lots more. But i still nurtured this passion silently not until i was brought into the IT world. I have lot of skills ranging from networking, hardware and software, currently on web design.... i started IT cos it was relatively cheap when it comes to learning on your own..

Now i am being offered on a platter of gold to learn electronic design from a guru. This guy even designs his own pcb designs and sells them. He asked me if i was interested or not. but i have not given him a reply yet.. what do i do.. seeing all the inverters, circuits and designs he made on his table just makes me feel happy like i use to back in the days.....

what do i do. is having 2much skills a problem in different field.

OP,this is not a dilemma.go ahead and learn all about electronics.it would do you a great deal.

The questions for you: Are you doing well with the I.T skills you have? Are you very sure you can do better with electronics or you just even the guy you saw? Sincerely answer these questions within yourself and then make your choice.
