I'm a computer business centre I've been trying to network my 4 computers down to my laptop so that I can send file from one another. I will be glad if you can help me with with it even a pdf of it will be better appreciated, thanks buddy. This is not a cyber cafe it just a business center.

Yah y4code you can able do that with power of networking, even without internet connectivity, all you need is some Cat5 cable and RJ45 connectors. then you need a little networking skills do that.
therefore can you tell me how many system do you have in your business center?

please dont do that. that is networking sacrilege. Have a file sever and connect it to a switch, then connect all the computers to the same switch. this is the over simplified, no security approach but it is very manageable and easy to deploy.
You will need to add an IP address to all the devices and they all have to be in the same subnet.
