it is not lucrative, the salary is not good and you cant work anywhere..go and study forestry and wild life.

So from MBBS to BDS... now it's the lucrativeness and job opportunities, although there are job opportunities. My friend better follow your dreams and keep those things aside, they should come last. As a dental surgeon you'll be contented but it is not lucrative. You can go for petrochemical engineering or aviation if it's money you want. Study dentistry for the passion and love you have for it, because you want to put smiles on people's faces, never you study something for the money in it, so far there's no money in medicine and dentistry as other professions.
