I wish I could agree with that advise. There is a girl who loves me very much, but I don't feel a thing for her.

well it all depend on what you are looking for.
if you are looking for a long term relationship then putting your priorities on looks isnt going to help you much because one day or another she wont be as fine as you think NOW. also would you marry someone dumb that looked good?! if the second is butt ugly or not "fine" then what the hell are you doing with her at the first place? both choices are a waste of space!
