if you have good city planners in ondo state..

in ondo town, ondo state government can create st joseph university. you can see, it is as big as unilag. st joseph is a very good name. you can either hand it over to the military. or use as conventional university.

it has

a stadium,
a civil center.
5 tennis court,
2 basketball court
51 class room block.
recreation center
food canteen
80 resident

all ondo state need to do, to create university Ondo..

since ondo state may not want to pay for 2 university in one city. the medical school can belong to adeyemi ondo.
while ondo state use its university licence for this place.

it is bigger.
all the properties are own by ondo state. and you can see, it is as big as unilag.

From what you have said...

Meaning d people of d state don't have a single interest.

They have bright people in the state, but due to poor education, high level of poverty and illiteracy. Most of the people sell their votes to unscrupulous elements. Why is cultism and militancy high there? It's because the multinational companies and the government fail to provide a sustainable environment for businesses and growth, so most of the idle youths engage themselves in illicit activities. And majority of their elders are responsible for the present situation in Bayelsa due to greed and vain attitudes

military hospital is blocking yabatech from become a university. you move the military to adeyemi. the yabatech have no land for the military. adeyemi does.
You use adeyemi
by adding the medical complex to adeyemi, ondo, . you have a conventional university and you now give it to the military.

it remain law, engineering.

and you move adeyemi student to st joseph university.

you solve all the problem. because the military is suppose to enjoy university education.
