See highlighted words. They are supposed to start with CAPS.

Since all applications are letters, (they must be addressed to someone) you need not say "LETTER OF APPLICATION". In this case, the application is for employment and the heading should therefore be "APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT".

Secondly, the emboldened is wrong.

Eg, table is a noun. If I say "look at the table", is it wrong?

The nouns that should be with initial upper case letters are called Proper Nouns. As long as they don't commence sentences, Common Nouns can be spelt with initial lower case letters.
There are several other minor mistakes, but these are the main ones.
