POINTECH COMPUTER SERVICES, a page on Facebook claiming to sell Laptops at a very cheap price (Clearance Sale) with office at kogi state. Now, I've not bought from them, or planning to buy as I have a good PC. I followed the Page at it's early beginning because of the great offerings they offer, but started noticing something weird about the page.
Early this week when I logged into Facebook, and decided to read comments on the page, I noticed a man asked about prices and if they can be trusted, shortly after 15-30mins, he replied on the post saying it was all scam and that he sent them money but was shocked when he was cut-off. I decided to let it be as it might be a fellow competitor trying to discredit the page.
Fast forward to a day or so, a friend of mine asked me about the page, as he knew I was following the page. I told him what I observed, and upon going back to the page, the complaint by the young man was deleted by the admin of the page. I decided to look into the page a little and check profiles of people claiming their product was delivered successfully.
Lo and behold, they happen to be all fake accounts with no posts and friends.
Now, for those planning to buy off them, I can't actually say they are legit or a scam, but for now it'd be best you research well before purchasing off them.

Then that affirms the theory that they are indeed not genuine. More people need to know about this. Over 1.5k comments on the page asking for account details to pay.

Please I wish to confirm if this is true.. I was just about making an order in a short while before I decided to search for the company online and got to see this thread from nairaland. The account looks very real with pple confirming their delivery being made to them.

Which account looks very real? All the "people confirming" delivery are fake Facebook accounts. All those accounts have no single post and have no friends. Those guys lifted people's pictures from the internet and uploaded them to fake Facebook accounts they created themselves. Be careful. If you want to buy a laptop, go to real computer shops and buy there. Stop risking your hard earned money buy trying to buy laptop from scammers.

LOL, i just saw the page facebook ads todaY. The offers was too good to ber true. I also observed that the people commenting they have recived their laptop was all fake account. To clear all thought, i just googled "pointech computer service scam" and this thread is first in googLE. WTF is wrong with nigeria people.

Very sad...all the guys commenting to have gotten their product on a smooth delivery are all fake accounts. May God help us .

They are swift scammers. They look to be same persons running Glam Computer Technologies, A Much bigger scam even

Thanks for the heads up my dear, it's really clear info as for me entirely anyway and I will never buy from them, honestly you should buy only in the trusted things for that matters absolutely. With local shops, advertising and so on for this.
