Hello friends. I am interested in renting a single room apartment in Enugu as young guy not with family yet. I dont know if there is any one here that has an idea the range of cost of just one room in anywhere in Enugu town? Thank you as you help me out.

Single room without toilet and kitchen = less than 60k
Location matters as you may get it lower in some parts of Enugu main town.
But averagely for the first time ( including agent fees and all 60k max will suffice)
