If you need to print from Quickbooks then in that case click on file then select printer set up from the drop-down list that appears click on “select invoice” then select the printer from which you wish to get the invoice printed then select the printer type after that select the type of invoice that is to be printed, then print a test invoice, fix if there is an issue in the output and then get the settings saved.
