Hy guys... I added Ubuntu to my Windows 10 sometimes back so I discovered I wasn't using it so I deleted it using some instructions online... After deleting and Switching on my system again I came across this grub rescue message Then I used some instructions online when I got to where to type "insmod normal" it wrote error: no such partition Pls what can I do??

You have to partition your hard drive in order to use Ubuntu side by side with windows. You probably didn't uninstall it right. You have to repair the drive partition. We used a Live Ubuntu USB stick to do that. Try & use the Iso image or disk you used to install it. It usually has a repair option somewhere. That's all I can offer bro. I only remember this cos I had to troubleshoot 100s of sys with this prob yrs ago. I still dislike ubuntu. And YouTube always helps 1 Like |
