It has come to our notice that so many reputable higher institutions are yet to release their admission lists for 2010/2011 academic session, thereby placing unnecessary tension on prospective students of a particular school.

We therefore by this notice, advise all prospective students seeking 2010/2011 admission into various higher institutions in Nigeria, universities, polytechnics and college of education, to proceed to the official Jamb website to check their admission status.

The educational system in the country is becoming more and more electronic and therefore centralised, allowing JAMB to take control and review admission lists brought by various schools. All higher institutions, universities, polytechnics and college of education are expected to submit their list to JAMB. Once jamb approves of the list, jamb usually publishes the list on their website by updating their admission status record for any particular school. When the school receives the list from JAMB, due to bureaucracy, it may take more time to put the list together and then publish on their own website or notice board as the case may be. With a system like this, Jamb will not offer you admission into two different schools.

We therefore conclude that if the admission status or list of your preferred school has not yet been released, proceed to the official Jamb website to check your admission status.

Procedures to check admission status on Jamb website
1. Visit official Jamb website www.jamb.org.ng
2. Under the title "2010 UTME", click on "Check Admission Status".
3. In the pop-up window that appears, enter your jamb registration number and click on "check admission status"

Also remember that if finally, you school has made their admission status public, please come back here to inform the rest of the community. If however, the status for your school has not yet been updated, wait and keep checking this website and Jamb's official website for updates. Gud luck

For Indigenes the Bch is 225,000 . This is a confirmed information . A friend did her registration today for law and the tuition fee printed out was 295,000 . For those that said I'm spilling shit ,you'd better watch what you write . I have a reputation for passiong confirmed and classified information. The tuition fee might later be reduced but I'm writing about what's going on at the moment .

I dont think the price is up to what you people are displaying here at all, though there is a hike in the fees but what i hear is increase by 20%, but what is been displayed is over that, i was shown the school fees and for faculty of Art stalite are paying 75,000 non indigen and for indigen new students it is not close to 100,000 it might be within the range of 85,000 to 90,000 at most but all this 200,000 i am seeing here is too much. God forbid, let pray there is no money any where it is not easy not many people can afford that.

Well , Adunokiki it is for real , I Just printed the tuition fee slip for BCH it is 230,800 .

Sincerely guys, do you think this guys want us to go to school? How on earth would they inflate the tuition fee to that level that is not bearable. This people should think twice and stop placing heavy yoke on the students. This is just too much!!!!!!!!

I believe that OOU is joking, even osun state university that has infrastructure is not up to that. they must be joking.

i cud just call dis a CRAZY BILL, i just printed ma tuition fee and it's 181,850 for Agric/econs INDIGENE, can u just imagine?
