One of the few moves by late President Yar'adua that turned out to be well-informed and in the best interest of Nigeria. His argument against devaluing the Naira is very sound. Perhaps what is needed is a fine-tuning of our foreign exchange management system to promote smooth, rather jerky, adjustments to market conditions. More grease to his elbows. |
