It is not uncommon for muslims to make the claim that Allah has no partners.

Unfortunately for these muslims, the Sunna and the koran tell a very different story. Allah actually has many partners who help him to discharge many obligations which he is incapable of performing by himself.

One of these partners, is non other than Muhammad himself.

Muhammad is designated as Allah's partner in obedience. In other words, obeying Muhammad is EXACTLY the same thing as obeying Allah.

A Muslim might wonder to himself: "But didn't Jesus say the same thing?"

However, a comparison with Jesus would be wrong for two main reasons:

First, Christians don't worship whatever it is muslims worship, so the doctrines and teachings of the two religions have no common ground which would justify a comparison between Jesus and Muhammad.

Secondly, Christians believe that Jesus is the human manifestation of the Divine presence of the Christian God. In short, Christians believe that Jesus is God in human form. So when Christians say that obeying Jesus is obeying God, they are being logically and scripturally consistent with the teachings of their creed

But muslims cannot say the same about muhammad because muhammad is not a manifestation of allah. So muslims are left with no other choice than to accept that muhammad is allah's partner in obedience, just like the Hadith calls him.

Romans 13:1-2 says: "Obey the government, for God is the One who has put it there. There is no government anywhere that God has not placed in power. So those who refuse to obey the law of the land are refusing to obey God, and punishment will follow."




Btw, is government manifestation of God?



Well Muhammad was a prophet of Allah whom the Quran (word of Allah) was revealed to to preach and to warn mankind that there is only one God which has no partners. If you reject or disobey Muhammad it mean you also reject Quran and Allah, if you obey Muhammad it means you obey and accept Allah.

Prophets are representation of God on earth no one has ever seen God but we have seen his messengers.
