Good day all, pls my car won't start, technician said I should change the sensor under the engine bay (I think crank shaft sensor). The first one I bought the car start once and after like 5 minutes it jerk and won't start again. He said I should buy another one so I bought 2 and both didn't work.

He scanned the car and said he found nothing. But the car still won't start.

When he left I open the door of the car and discovered the security light was off. Although I can not say exactly when the lights stop working.

I called him that I noticed security light is off, then he said the car has entered Code.

Pls what does this mean?

When the you close the car door and locked does your security (red) light blink or flash?when you on the ignition key does it stay solid and steadily on.if it stays solid that mean there is an issue with your immobilizer attached the to the key ring and if it does not blink when u lock the vehicle there is a problem with the immobiliser.I will suggest more troubleshooting cos sometimes it can be fuse from the fuse box.The key immobiliser are prone to issues.
