Anyways your razen 5 7535HS is not even up to a Core i5 12500H aside power consumption, and a year recent than the core i5, and also cheaper than the core i5.

Generally I tend to ignore folks as yourself that are too lazy to do basic research and would go around armed with insufficient knowledge arguing about things their knowledge do not encompass.

The bolded has already been half answered in my ad. All you'd need to ask is "which of the Core i7 10th gen are you referring to?" is it the 10510U or the 10655G7 or the 10750H or the 10875H used in laptops?
The AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS is better than all 4 from the Intel family. Virtually the only area the 10875H would boast a minor win would be in its slightly higher clock speed during extreme performance. Even with the 8 cores it possess and greater power draw (which depending on the scenario can be a drawback in comparison) it still barely rivals the Ryzen 5 7535HS.

Also speaking of the Core i5 12500H, it's better than Intel's own 10750H from 2 generations prior and that's a different discussion altogether. Both the 12th gen Intel 12500H and Ryzen 5 7535HS possess superior performance to the core i7 10th gen - 10750H. I wouldn't trust synthetic benchmarks completely but they are meant to give you a general idea of how these chips perform and not to be taken as an irrefutable fact. Relax, Chief. He's only said Ryzen 5 7535HS is better than i7-10th Gen which is provable with benchmark test results.

There's nothing dumb in doing basic comparison, not everyone knows about these things. So, sometimes, you can do a little comparison to talk about performance of a chip against some other ones. That you have basic knowledge about it doesn't mean eveybody else possesses the same.

One who is looking to get a 10th gen PC but finds the Ryzen 5 7535HS at same or almost same price with a 10th gen PC can easily settle for the Ryzen because it'd mean getting a better performance for lesser price - which I believe is what Aterejr is trying to do. It's not even an uncommon comparison on the web, I wonder why you attacked him this way.

If you were able to prove that his statement was entirely wrong, maybe I'd have understood your stand.
