A lot of Books in the Bible were ascribed to some notable personalities, like the book of Job been linked to Moses. But facts have been deeply discovered and Moses was not the writer. What are the facts and who wrote this book?

You are right and also wrong. Right cause Moses most likely didn't write any books and this is the first time ive come across the claim of Moses writing Job. Normally its that Moses wrote the Pentateuch/Torah. As for your second claim you're wrong Paul alone wrote 7 out of the 13 books attributed to him. As for a lot of the rest, its the usual pseudepigraphy.
