Why Is The Chairman Of Nigerian Private Refinery Not In Jail? by ganisucks(f): 10:41pm On Apr 30
The owner of Nigerian Sugar Cement Private Refinery promised that if the government supported him in building his refinery, fuel scarcity would be a thing of the past. Fast forward, we are currently experiencing the worst fuel scarcity in decades.
The refinery was built with funds from the Nigerian treasury and coffers. The entire Nigerian state was sacrificed to enable him build his so called Elixir refineries, and yet, at the first test it has failed. In China, such nonsense would not be tolerated. Such a business man would be explaining himself in jail. But welcome to Nigeria, anything goes
