please how can i resolve it?

Something is not right with your site. Is it a blog or a full website?

Three things
1. You uploaded a virus from your system or cafe.
2. You wrote some code or script wrong the bots cant read em wel.
3. Your host server has a history of badware and marware distribution.
The no 3 is most deadly
solution:
1. Delet all your public_html files on your host server.
2. Update ur antivirus and run a full scan.
3. Upload new files.
4. Keep your antivirus on auto update.
5. Dont use a cyber cafe will working with your control panel or ftp.

But Google has told you what's wrong here:

Do a search of the string "derdkxpnqknhdvpf.ru" and remove every line or block of code where you see it.

In my experience you will see a block of code at the top of your index page on the first line with some stuff between <script></script>. That's the bad guy you should delete.
