They don't only exist in village, but also in town, they are in my area, I sometimes enjoy watching them play, fight and hunt, while doing so, they might crash land and get hurt, that's why op was able to capture it.

I don't know the name but it's clearly a bird of prey. It probably belongs to the same group with eagles, hawks, falcons, etc.

But bro, you'll end up killing this bird. Wild birds don't perform well when held captive. Most die of stress after a few days.

I've seen this bird before.. it preys on lizards and has very powerful feet with sharp claws.

The way they pick up lizards from the wall or fence is really fascinating.

It eats other birds, lizards,rats,chickens,etc,hence it flies close to homes.
