Hello Designers in the house. Please I need your input. I'm planning on opening a fashion house and would want to employ tailors to assist me. What type of agreement do you have with your workers? How do you pay them? Do you pay them monthly, weekly or basis on commission? I'll also appreciate any useful advice from you guys. Please don't ignore, chip in something. Thanks in advance |

Payments should be based on each outfit made, then you two can mutually agree if it'll be daily, weekly or monthly pay |
