This has been happening for some years now but it seems like it's on the increase now. Scrap dealers / street riffraffs merchandising the rail parts in many parts of Enugu especially remote areas. Government and security agencies should look into this.

Leaders are not just the problem of this country, but individuals are the main problem. Later, we'll be blaming Govt for using the opportunity to repair this to loot, knowing fully well that we give them the opportunity to do so. We're just doing ourselves in this country. |
