General Brazil Student Visa Enquiries - Travel - Nairaland

Many don't know that Education in Brazil is
free but to get admitted into a Brazilian university, you have to take the Brazilian equivalent of IELTS which is the Celpe-Bras.

If you pass the Celpe-Bras, you will be able to apply to schools in Brazil.

The Celpe-Bras is a certificate examination to test your proficiency in portuguese language.

There are only two recognized Celpe-Bras training schools by the Brazilian embassy in Nigeria and they are Obafemi Awolowo University and Lagos State University.

The Celpe-Bras is conducted only twice in a year and the exam is usually written in April and October.

If you are a skilled worker, you can write the Celpe-Bras to show your proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese. Knowledge of the language is essential to survive in Brazil.

Benefits of relocating to Brazil as a Nigerian remote worker includes:

How to write Gcub Essay for Brazilian post-graduate scholarship.

Essay 1
The Essay 1 must contain: Academic expectations and interests, professional expectations, and prospects upon the return to the country of origin (maximum of 1,000 words).

Academic expectations
What you expect from the school, faculty and department in terms of knowledge acquisition.

Academic interests
The subjects you're interested in mastering.

Professional expectation
The kind of professional you want to be and the level of competence you intend developing after completing your academic work.

Prospects upon returning to the country of origin.
What your newly acquired skill and education will get you in your country. This could also be translated to mean how you will be able to function professionally in your area of specialization in your home country.

Justification of the program selected, central theme and research problem, delimitation and justification of the object of study, bibliographic review, methodological process, timeline and bibliographic references (maximum of 4,000 words).

Justification of the program selected
Why you chose to study the particular course selected in your application.

Central theme and research problem
The central theme is the focal point of your research work.
Research problem is the major challenge that your research work will be about, this should be clearly stated.

Delimitation and justification of the object of study
Delimitation of the object of study are areas you will be excluding in the broader but related sense of your research.
Justification of the object of study should be your Why - Why you want to focus on the research topic you have chosen.

Bibliographic review
Similar to Literature review.

Methodological process
The steps you will be taking to realize your research goal.
E.g surveys, questionnaires, observations, interviews etc.

Timeline
The duration and segmentation of your research project, from start to finish.

Bibliographic references
Same way reference is written in research projects.
